Lucs bakery is based in Skipton, where he takes pride in serving the best artisan bread . With over 3 years of experience in perfecting his sourdough starter, Luc uses only the finest organic grains and is always experimenting with new flavour combinations. His wood-fired oven is the pièce de résistance, adding a unique touch to the production of his bread. You can also order directly from Luc, and collect your bread at our cafe. Ellisons Butchers is a 3 generation family run, award winning local butcher that takes pride in supplying the best produce from local farms. We are thrilled to partner with them to bring you the quality meats for our cafe, and would highly recommend a visit to their shop based in the quaint village of Cullingworth.

Class One is a family business with over three generations of experience in fresh produce. They source 60% of their produce locally, which ensures that products are fresh and our carbon footprint is reduced. For products that can't be produced locally, they work alongside producers who are committed to sustainability in the supply chain. Their goal is to work with customers to ensure no food is wasted and plan deliveries so that customers get exactly what they need, thereby reducing the amount of food waste going to landfill which contributes to a healthier planet.

Sea Change Wine is a family business with a passion to protect the ocean from plastic. They believe that small actions can make a big impact, and have taken steps to reduce their environmental footprint. Their wine bottles are free of unnecessary wrap, their label paper is sourced from sustainable forests and partially made from grape waste, and they use natural corks. Additionally, a portion of every purchase goes towards supporting global marine charity partners.

Freddie's Fish is a family run business that takes pride in supplying quality fish and deli produce. The business is named after Richard's son Freddie. Richard caters to local businesses and also offers home deliveries. His focus is on providing high quality produce and a friendly service to his customers.
